How funding is considered
During intake, select the correct funding structure. Legal aid and pro bono requests are screened for urgency, complexity, expert availability, and whether the matter advances a clear protection interest. Privately funded instructions proceed on standard commercial terms.
What we need from instructing counsel
An anonymised summary, country and locality, legal framework, and report deadline. Do not send personally identifying claimant data in the initial form.
